Men's soccer face St. Lawrence College in season opener

Men's soccer played host to St. Lawrence College (SLC) over the weekend in the first game of the 2022-2023 season. 

SLC opened the scoring six minutes into the contest and would continue to find the net to record a 5-0 win over the Cougars. SLC outshot the Cougars 21-4.

On Sunday, the Cougars fell to Algonquin College 3-0 after a late penalty shot goal. Goaltender Alessandro Ciampagila stopped 43 shots in his debut weekend, making many key saves for the Cougars. 

Next action for the Cougars is this weekend against Fleming College (Sept. 17) and Durham College (Sept. 18) on the road.
